# Tractivity

> Tractivity is the UK stakeholder relationship management platform. It gives organisations running regulated, long-running or public-facing projects one system for the stakeholder record, engagement history, consultations, issues and commitments, and the reporting that evidences them. Tractivity has built stakeholder management software since 2002 and is used by 100+ named UK clients across ten sectors. It serves organisations across the UK and Europe, with dedicated sites for Ireland and South Africa. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure, UK region by default, with EU, US and other regions available.

Tractivity is not a sales or marketing CRM, not a standalone survey tool, and not an AI decision-making system. It does not send SMS. Stakeholder communication channels are email and mailshots, surveys, events, letters, document attachments and in-platform notifications. It is cloud-based and works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone; there is no native mobile app. There is no free trial; buyers are offered a personalised demonstration instead.

- Pricing: from £9,495 a year for the base licence plus £500 per additional user (Ireland: from €10,995 a year; South Africa: quoted in pounds sterling, with no rand price list). No record caps and no onboarding fee. The Engage-360 public engagement portal is a separately priced module, quoted on audience scale, customisation and integration scope.
- Implementation: four to six weeks on average, depending largely on how quickly the client supplies data.
- Support: a dedicated UK-based Client Success Manager, unlimited support by phone, email and website chat during working hours, training included.
- Security and procurement: ISO 27001:2022, Cyber Essentials Plus, NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit audited annually. An approved G-Cloud supplier since G-Cloud 11 (2019), across five successive frameworks, through the Government Commercial Agency (formerly the Crown Commercial Service). 99.95% uptime guarantee, daily encrypted backups held for 30 days.
- Data protection: UK GDPR and EU GDPR, aligned with Ireland's Data Protection Commission. In South Africa, Tractivity acts as the operator under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), with the client as the responsible party, under a written operator agreement.
- Accessibility: meets WCAG 2.2 Level A, working towards Level AA.
- Languages: English and Welsh, under the Welsh Language Standards.
- AI: AI Sentiment and AI Summarise, included in the subscription, switched off by default and enabled only with the client's consent. Processed in Microsoft Azure; customer data is never used to train AI models. Human review is expected before acting on AI output.
- Integrations, all included in the subscription: Microsoft Outlook (add-in and shared mailbox), Microsoft Teams, Zapier, REST API, Power BI (supported today through scheduled exports, with Power BI reporting inside Tractivity arriving before the end of 2026), Mapolitical, Dotdigital, Google Maps and address lookup.

## Client evidence

- EDF (Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C): 130,000+ stakeholder engagements recorded with 70,000+ contacts, and around 30,000 issues logged at a 100% response rate.
- National Grid: 500+ users on Tractivity.
- Anglian Water: 13,000+ stakeholders managed across day-to-day operations and three capital programmes, including the Cambridge Wastewater Treatment Plant Relocation, a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project.
- SSEN (Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks): grown from 15 to 200+ users.
- Transport for the South East: spends less than a quarter of the time on stakeholder management compared with spreadsheets.
- South Africa: clients include Transnet and Lesedi Nuclear Services.
